Banner2ICS

Use this tool to automatically convert course dates and timings from Banner into a calendar in the .ics format which can be imported into Google Calendar or Apple's calendar app.

Steps

1. Drag the following link into your bookmarks bar: Banner2ICS
2. Navigate into the Banner portal from Esther.
3. Click on Register for Classes or View Student Schedules and go to the term you want to generate the calendar for, e.g., Spring Semester 20XX.
4. Click on the bookmarklet in your bookmarks bar and a .ics file will be automatically generated and downloaded!
5. For help importing the downloaded .ics file into Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, follow this tutorial.
